About Us :

Receiving Center | Wasatch Behavioral Health is a 24/7 crisis stabilization facility in Provo, Utah, dedicated to providing immediate, short-term support for adults (18+) experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. The center offers a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals can receive evaluation, support, and connection to ongoing care—often diverting people from emergency rooms or jail. The center is part of Wasatch Behavioral Health, Utah’s first community mental health center, serving Utah and Wasatch Counties since 1967

I absolutely love and appreciate this place. It was so helpful in my time of crisis. The therapist was absolutely amazing and empathetic. They fed us dinner and it was delicious. They also have comfy chairs to watch a tv from and private rooms if you’re needing space. I don’t have a lot of support in my life but, being able to know these wonderful people are there 24/7 is like having a lifeline.

I was doing really bad mentally in January and this place really helped me. I felt accepted by the staff and it gave me immediate help when I couldn’t find it anywhere else.
